Seednet provides VoIP service, "Wagaly Talk" (WT),
for the subscribers with a ADSL broadband connection. A "internal"
number will be assigned to the subscriber for free WT-to-WT calls (On-net
calls) and the subscriber can make cost-effictive calls (Off-net calls)
to PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) through VoIP. All subscribers
can make on-net / off-net calls by using a "Wagaly Talk Gateway"
provided by Seednet. No prefixes are required to access the off-net
calls.
Key attractions for WT include free on-net calls among WT subscribers,
standard island-wide rates and competitive Fixed-to-Mobile (F2M) and
International-Development-Department (IDD) tariffs. In general, subscribers
could save at least 30% cost on the phone bill.
